Hi Pedroguy, The stamps are from Cyprus, Scott #185 from 1960. I think they are postmarked "NICOSIA" but it's not clear.
The overprints state: Republic of Cyprus in both Greek and Turkish. This was applied to the Queen Elizabeth definitive series when Cyprus became an independent republic 16th August 1960. I have no Scott catalogue to help with numbers. EDIT: Nigel beat me to it.
