08:02:40am | Block of 6 with 'BY AUTHORITY' imprint with top pair double reverse as well as top left selvedge, and bottom 4 reversed. The reversed perfin is shown clearly on the imprinted selvedge.
The line crossing the imprint selvedge is a roller flaw.
