Sorry but the scan doen't do it justice.
I found this in a packet of "off paper Spain mixture".
It looks like it is from Spain 1879 Perf 14 Definitives, but there is no mention of any of that issue being on coloured paper.
This stamp appears to be a 5c or 25c printed upside down on a 25c. MH.
Any comment / guidance on this would be much appreciated.
