The stamps are, as the link says, used by the First Polish Corps in WWI in what is now Belarus for both military and civilian mail. They are not listed in Scott, but are listed in Michel, Stanley Gibbons and Yvert. They have some value. In the 2013-2014 Michel the 10K is listed at €25 mint/€20 used, the 15K at €5/€8, the 20K at €120/€100, the 25K at €10/€9 and the 35K a €5/€8. Michel warns for forgeries.
