I like how the parade looks like a marching band leader with teddy bear feet when the stamps are "stacked". As for Richard Nixon, I almost expect "Kilroy was Here" to be written underneath! Should have drawn a protruding proboscis to hang over the "wall"!

Noernberg re: Interesting bisect arrived in my mail I'm not aware, but from what I can tell fro the scan, the top and bottom don't look like they are perforated, but seem cut as if with scissors. Even if miscut, why would both the top and the bottom of a single stamp be impacted?
