The second post card is promoting the Indonesian Red Cross. It is postmarked Surabaya (old spelling: Soerabaja). Those are Indonesian post cards. The republic was declared on 17 August 1945.
More to come...
Merdeka!

I have always thought that the postal stationery part of collecting has been a neglected area to some degree, and, this is unfortunate because of the many very interesting types that can be found. A lot of WW postal stationery can be found in dealer's 'cheapie' boxes because they are considered low on the scale. Personally, I like to see the different types that are out there.

"If a man would be anything, he must be himself." Allegheny 06 Aug 2016 12:33:55amre: Indonesia pre independance postal stationary David is correct.
These two post cards are post independence.
The first one was issued to commemorate one year of independence. It is called pencak silat post card.
There are two sizes of this issue.
140 X 90 mm
150 X 105 mm
The second one is red cross post card.
Both were sent to a police officer (different person)
