General Philatelic/Identify This? : Any ideas, real or counterfeit?

But on the other hand, the overprint is just as blurred as the picture in Scott's. Any thoughts? All will be appreciated. However it appears very similar to the genuine but differences are visible Forgeries with these can be the matter of a misplaced stroke Anyway you might have a genuine & fairly valuable in a block.
