From top to bottom, catalog numbers from Scott unless otherwise noted:
1. Estonia #563(22Feb2007), you only have the right side label (stamp was attached on left)
2. Egypt revenue stamp, Ministry of Finance, should be 1890s(?), but not in my Forbin
3. Kiev (Ukraine) provisional stamp, not Scott listed as far as I know
4. Ukrainian inflation(?) surcharge, not Scott listed as far as I know
5. St. Vincent #3031(15Jun2002)

Andy has stamp pages for the Kiev provisionals on his StampHacks website in case anybody is interested. Knowing Andy, he probably has pages for the Scott-unlisted surcharges too.
It's an excellent site, and since he specializes in modern Ukraine, I hope he will chime in and provide more/corrected info.
