I have what I believe to be Queen Victoria Wmk 18
Two pence, Blue, Plate # 6 But not sure.
Can someone please tell me F and Q in each corner means?

The plate number is actually 9, not 6. Read the sideways plate number with the near side on top.
In the full pane of stamps (20 rows by 12 columns), each stamp position is identified by letter positions (see link provided by sheepshanks for layout).
The plate position is read starting from the lower left corner and then the lower right corner (the upper corners letters, when they exist, are the reverse of the lower corners). So you stamp would be plate position Q-F.
