Hello Brian.
The person who said they are not available in mint condition is incorrect, they can be bought in MUH, MLH and Used when available, they are rare in any condition. In the 2015 ACSC the MUH is worth around $5,750, the MLH $4,500 and Used $1,500.
There have been a few sightings of the MUH inverted stamp being sold in recent years and I have been ready to buy one for nearly 2½ years now.
