Latin America/All : Question on Caribbean Netherlands

Since the Netherlands Antilles were dissolved in 2010, the Caribbean Netherlands have issued stamps. At first only inscribed 'Caribisch Nederland' and from 2014 with the additional inscription of the names of the individual islands of Bonaire, Saba and Sint Eustatius.

Can anybody tell me whether the stamps thus inscribed are 1) meant for specific use on the individual islands (even though maybe valid on all three islands) or 2) generally available on all islands. I drew a blank searching for the answer on Google.

re: Question on Caribbean Netherlands

I have done some research as well and could not find much more than you. As of Jan 1 2014, the right to operate the postal service on the three islands has been granted to a different company and following that, new stamps were issued some months later.
As far as I could tell the new company wanted to emphasize the three islands but nowhere it was said that stamps inscribed "Saba" could only be used on Saba etc.
So I assume they are valid on all three islands, never mind what is printed on the stamp.

I hope that emphasizing the individual islands was not the selling point that got this company the contract, or the country really got snookered. How does issuing 3 virtually identical, god-awful boring designs, do anything to assert the identity of any of the islands?
