The photo is from an eBay auction for 50 US plate blocks. I wonder if the foot is included?

Finding a place for plate blocks is hard enough without them having extra stamps on them.

Looks like all the blocks are of six, not four. Wonder why?

Snick, I did that when I was a kid. I'd keep blocks of six until the next year's pages came out for my Harris albums. The plate block would go in one and a single in the other. The extra stamp would end up as postage.

Here is another jewel of a listing:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-1960-Victory-United-States-Stamp-Album-140-Pages-No-Stamps-Included-/302006726201?hash=item465100ee39:g:cbUAAOSwMmBVrudA

Good Lord, I wouldn't think of putting an ugly thing like this out there under my seller name. The seller looks not to be someone knowing much about stamps. That album looks like rats have chewed on it.

Snick...

I think the price marked on the front cover in the picture of that listing is probably an accurate representation of the actual value Laughing

And the last laugh... I actually bought this lot. Estimated out at 50% of face value. All blocks were MNH and usable. The way my album is set up, I easily accommodated the blocks of six. They add interest to my overall collection.
