United States/Stamps : HOW CAN ONE TELL DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SCOTT #735 &768?

I was trying to catch up on some of filing of mint stamps to my catalogs. While adding a 735a to my catalog, I noticed the 768 S/S I have. Looking at my 735a and comparing it to the 768 I could discern no difference.
Anybody have any suggestions on this topic?
Same question for #730 & #766, #731 & #767?
Thank you,
Tom

re: HOW CAN ONE TELL DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SCOTT #735 &768?

This is verbatim from the scott specialized catalog:

Souvenir Sheets
Single items from these sheets are identical with other varieties, 766 and 730, 766a and 730a, 767 and 731, 767a and 731a, 768 and 735, 768a and 735a, 769a and 756, 770a and 758.
Positive identification is by blocks or pairs showing wide gutters between stamps. These wide gutters occur only on Nos. 766-770 and measure, horizontally, 13mm on Nos. 766-767; 16mm on No. 768, and 23mm on Nos. 769-770.

I am assuming that is why they are collected in gutter pairs or center blocks.

I am not home to check my collection at the moment, but I also thought there were different plate numbers referenced in the margins. But I maybe confusing this with a different issue. And yes, I collected the gutter blocks myself to ensure I had the right issues in my album.
