Bill, It's %100 ok. That's just the way they look. It's a tough stamp that I don't have. The only problem is the star cut cancel which probably means it was used for telegraph use which would devalue it quite a bit. Still I'd be glad to have it.
I was wondering about the Star cancel as well, SO you answered something else I was wondering, two for one is pretty good...I really value your opinion
