For those unaware of what I am referring to, in September of 2013 the US Postal Service issued a miniature sheet of 6 stamps, each showing the original Inverted Jenny stamp of 1918. 2.2 million panes were printed, among which were 100 panes that were printed right side up.
It is rumored that a Stamporama member is the lucky finder of one of the Upright Jenny panes.
Did the Post Office ever resolve, or even get called to task for, the little problem of having violated its own rules by issuing the intentional error? Seems a bad precedent--among the numerous other bad precedents of the past 30+ years.

"What are you waiting for? Those stamps aren't going to collect themselves."
This whole situation is beyond stupid. USPS guaranteeing that the average collector will never be able to complete their collection of this era. The kind of thing that makes people walk away from the hobby!
