I am currently researching the postal history of Mexico for my site http://www.stampworldhistory.com/. And, I am looking for information on the stamps issued during the period of the Mexican Revolution 1913-1916. I know the most important resource would be Nicholas Follansbee's 'Stamps of the Mexican Revolution 1913-1916', but that is only available in hardcopy - and somewhat beyond my budget.
Does anybody know good online resources on the subject?

Do a google search on the keywords Mepsi issues, and you will find links to pdf articles from the premier Mexico collectors' society, including 2 on the Revs.

Thanks. You put me on a possibly interesting track. Actually when I google 'Mepsi issues', I do not get the PDF's you mention. Maybe because I use Google from a different country? I did though, with some creativity, find an index of the Mepsi 'Overlooked' issues. Are the PDF's you found from that series of publications?
