Scott usually runs several years behind the eight ball when it comes to things like this. If/when they do come out with pages, don't expect it to be cheap. Cuba has issued a ton of stamps since 1963. I would suspect that somewhere in a year or so when the matter between the US and Cuba are settled that Scott will issue a separate page set to let collectors get caught up.
