United States/Stamps : Misprint?

whitebuffalo 08 Jan 2016 08:13:49am	As near as I can tell this 2002 Christmas stamp wasn't reissued in 2003. Yet the left stamp is dated '02 the right '03. Would this be considered a misprint, or something else? The scan shows a bit of color difference, it's not as obvious to the naked eye. Thanks, WB Login to Like this post
