re: France, Can You help ID ? 92a, 87 ?

The first stamp is one of the most mis-identified stamps people come across. No it is definitely not an 87. The paper color of the 1 centime comes in many different shades, but when you see a real #87 you will never forget it. Go HERE fourth row second stamp. Note: I do not have the stamp, the one shown is a catalog cutout. I wanted to show it because I have answered this question probably a hundred times and wanted it for reference.
The second stamp looks to be a card cutout and not a stamp at all. Is it on thick card stock paper? If not try French Colonies #42, but it does not look right to me.
Third stamp is Buenos Aires #10, which has been heavily counterfeited.

Do you have a catalog? If not you need to get one. Also it would be helpful if you could actually ask a question rather than a stamp a number and a question mark.
