I was wondering if one of our illustrious (well known, respected, and admired for past achievements) members may have a list of modern US self adhesive issues that can be safely soaked using water - just like in the old days. Or not.
Thanks, Bulldog! I'm an APS member so shame on me for not knowing that their website was a good reference source. Now I get to organize my 2010 to date issues as to which go into the bucket and which get the orange citrus treatment. Should keep me busy for the rest of the year........................... Maybe longer.
The Scott US Specialized has an indicator (red circle with a black "S") in all US listings where it is known that the stamp does not soak off in water.
