With all of the books I have put up this year - this is the first time I discovered some type of flaw. In my book 4722, I was going thru it today to see what was left and I noticed that no stamps had been sold from Page 2. When I went online to look at the book it says the PAGE IS SOLD OUT. However when you go to edit the page - all of the information below the image is missing - that would indicate whether an item was SOLD or available for purchase or disabled. Has anyone else encountered a bad page within an active approval book before or on any ideas of what caused it ? Thanks, Steve

re: Page In Book Shown As Sold Out ?
I had an issue of a page not being saved properly that exhibited such symptoms.
The information below the image missing is exactly what you may see. The "sold out" info is more curious.
Check if the page is saved, and also check to see if the numbering is in sequence. You may have a skipped number (page not saved).
I suspect the problem arises from a page not displaying to buyers.
If you PM the ACTIVE book number (4722 is not active), I can verify it for you, as a buyer (you may have different info as the seller).

I logged off and went to approvals like someone not signed on and I see the book as being active with 14 pages. However when you preview the book it says Page 2 is sold out on top but none of those stamps were selected because under the image you do not see the SOLD or Purchase buttons at all. The top of the book says there are 14 active pages which is correct - there was no numbering issue with a page out of order or missing. The page is there but not able to be selected from. No big deal - it was just curious that I never ran into that before - must have been some glitch at the time I posted it.

I still think it has something to do with not saving the page, when you issued the book.
Usually it is when you made a mistake and went back in the process cycle. As long as you "Save and Go to next page" or Final "save, you will have no problem, but break the cycle, (which you may do when you made a common mistake, like pricing at $10 instead of $0.10) and trying to correct it on the run, may cause a lapse like the one you describe.
Again, without looking at your book, I am just guessing as to the reason.

I am just surprised that the book says there are 14 pages in total and that is what there is including this page. No worries - the book will eventually come down and the stamps on that page will be re-worked in a new book some time next year. It may have happened one night when I was putting it up when I remember the site went down for awhile and it came back up later - the page may have gotten mixed up during that process and outage.
