Approvals | Hi Folks
It's official - Got a letter just before Christmas informing that (from 4th Jan 2016) a stamp with pp label for local mail of a letter will increase from 70c to $1.50 for the same (non)service that we have now.
Australia Post are calling the OLD/CURRENT delivery service time "Priority Paid"..
If you are willing to accept a delivery time two days longer than we have now, and fewer collections per week - it is only $1.00...
So for most of us in Country areas we get reduced service at a significant increase in cost.
Stamps for Concession Card holders and International Mail is un-affected at the moment.
