re: East India Queen Victoria Pin Hole Question
It used to be a common practice for dealers to pin stamps to a cork board to display for sale. Unthinkable these days but they did not think of it as damaging the stamp. However this hole looks a little to big for an actual pinhole. Who knows, it's been around a 140 years or so and $#!+ happens.
Is this some kind of cancel or just a pin hole?
