I've looked in Van Dam and I cannot find any reference to Canada Cigarette Revenues. Anyone have information on them? I will scan them later as I do not have time at this moment.

On the van Dam website there is a reference, Catalogue of the Federal Tobacco stamps of Canada, that lists cigarette stamps. There are no prices listed. You can download the catalogue for free from the website.

re: Canada Cigarette Revenues
I have the 2009 Van Dam. A friend of mine knows someone who knows him and they spoke the other day. He said the next one will come out in 2018 or 2019 and he said it will include a lot more material than the 2009 version.

When I scan listings of revenue stamps available on eBay I often see Canadian tobacco revenues listed with "Brandom" numbers. A Google search for the source of these numbers led me to a free online catalogue (2013) which you can download and print for yourself (it appears that this download is very slow, though that may just be a comment about my computer). The URL is: http://www.canadarevenuestamps.com/RyanTobaccoCatalog2side.pdf
I did not look for the reference David gave, but since it is noted in van Dam's 2009 edition I assume it is different from this resource. This aspect of Canadian revenue stamps appears to be a vast target--good luck with it.
