Europe/Other : Romania postal tax due stamp differences

Billliz1025 12 Oct 2015 07:38:35pm	What is the difference between Romania Scott RAJ14&15 and RAJ18&19? Both are listed as brown in color with the second design. The only difference the catalog gives is a 1926 issue date for the later two, and 1923-1925 for the former two. But can you tell that from an unused stamp? Is there a hidden date on the stamps?
