I have some of the 2002 Jefferson Memorial stamps in mnh condition.....would someone be kind enough to tell me the current Scott catalogue value for them and what the cat value is for the 2003 issue in mnh condition as well.
Yep. At one point, Scott valued common plate blocks as a block of 4 plus one stamp, so 5 times the value of a single stamp. That went away a long time ago.

re: 2002 and 2003 Jefferson Memorial stamps.....
The self adhesive panes of 20 typically have more stamps which are part of plate blocks than not. The old "water activated" sheets of 50 had 4 or 6 stamps in a PB. Then along came Zip blocks. Then came "Mail Early" blocks. Then, of course, there were the multiple plate blocks of 20 with 8 different plate numbers. I'd say the USPS "devalued" plate blocks and Scott only reflects their marketing strategies.

Personally, I'm thrilled with the drop in plate block prices because I can often pick up a plate block and use a plate single as a self-certifying stamp. It was especially useful in properly identifying the rotary press wet/dry printing issues because they used different plate numbers.

I don't aggressively go after my mint US as I prefer postally used, but I do grab up the low-priced plate blocks and replace a copy with plate#-attached ones.
Definitely makes the album page look more appealing to me.
