Pedroguy is showing the postmark that was used at the exhibition post office in New York.

The partial cancel you have is a slogan that was used all over the country (?) to advertize for the exhibition. I have no further information as to how many different cities used this slogan (and for how long). This information might be listed in Luff, a common reference, but I don't have the book. Here is an image I lifted from ebay:
