I have just noticed that my St. Lucia Scott 65/SG 79a has an apparent frame break at the top. My Scott 2013 Classic Specialized and my 2005 SG Commonwealth & British Empire catalogs don't mention this. I've been searching online generally and here at SoR just now, and haven't found any references to this. It's not a valuable stamp and it's not very clean, but I'm curious.
Does anyone here have any insight or suggestions where I might learn more about this?
Thanks!
Tom

Yes, if I were home I'd have checked the Robson Lowe encyclopedia of British Stamps for you, but failing that perhaps someone will have another Robson Lowe volume "The De La Rue Key Plates "

Thanks for your response. It's good to know there might be some published info somewhere! If you or anyone else has that resource and finds a few spare minutes someday to check, I'd greatly appreciate your letting me know.
Thanks!

I am bumping my original inquiry to ask once again for information on this copy of St. Lucia Scott 65 (SG 79a). Is this a known variety or is it just an EFO.
Thank you.
