Hello everyone, I was going through a Germany stock book and came across a few stamps that stumped me.
I have no idea about the top two, the 3pf looks like a #37a. Is the Scott's value the same as #37? Any help with the last four is greatly appreciated.

re: A few German stamps I need help with.
I do not have a catalog with me, but off the top of my head:
row 1: Estonia (pre WWI), Upper Silesia
row 2: Romania (WWI occupation by Germany), cut square from postal stationary, North German Confederation (not sure about this one)
row 3:all Upper Silesia

The Estonia stamp is post WW1. Prior to WW1 Estonia was part of Russia and used Russian stamps.
And yes, the third stamp on the second row is from the North German Confederation.
