Each of the descriptions includes "TB," like so: "Viet Nam Emission Viet Cong pour le sud Michel 55/58 ( * ) TB" or this, with "quasi" added: "Viet Nam Emission Viet Cong pour le sud Michel 55/58 ( * ) quasi TB" Any idea what it means?
