Congrats on your first sale, Bill!
To create an invoice select "Invoicing Control" from the Auction - Sellers menu to set up your parameters (Invoice #, terms of sale, etc.) and save your settings. Once that's done, go to "Invoicing" and select "Add an Invoice" to get you all set up for closing the sale.

Same topic with a twist!
Made my first sales last week and two buyers have "purchased" after they made a payment, leaving the extra stamps unpaid - How do you handle that situation ?

If it was recent, I would usually just cancel the old invoice and draw up a new one, with the agreement of the buyer. They're probably just trying to add to their totals to cut down on shipping costs.
