It's a pre-cancel of #146. Scott only assigns a different catalog number if the pre-cancel includes a surcharge.

"Quote Box"

Type out the comment you want to put in a quote box.

"Using the handy mouse, highlight the comment."

Then click the icon along the bottom of the comment space that says "QUOTE."
Finally, sit back and sip some hot black coffee and admire your handiwork.

I usually use the squared brackets and the "b" - "/b" feature.
" ... I don't know how to do that Quote box, ..."
to accomplish my goal, which is to give the reader some idea as to what I am referring to when I post something based on a previous poster's statement.
This site has about the easiest and most comprehensive poster friendly system I've come across.
Thanks Tim.

I find it much easier and far less effort to hold down the left click button, highlight the text etc, hit CTRL c, insert cursor where I want the quote to appear, hit CTRL v, highlight text and hit the quote button from the format options, voila it appears within a box.
