Day 8 May 1945, after promulgation of the law as a public holiday in Slovakia, even though the anti-Hitler coalition troops liberated territory earlier (Bratislava on April 4, the last village Makov and KlokoÄov May 3). Exemption would mean not only clean up Slovakia from the German occupying forces, who taught here since the outbreak of the Slovak National Uprising, but secondary and end the fascist regime ruling in 1938 -, 1945.
