Here in the UK W.H.Smith has an offer at the moment whereby if you buy a stamp album or stock-book (and refills) you can get another free.
I'm not saying they are the best you can get in the world but 2 for 1 is a good deal and I'm pleased with the ones I've received (free postage too). They also have the offer in their bigger high street stores so it's not just on-line.
They may have this offer on in other parts of the world too.
