Top row from left to right:

China
China
Belgium - Scott #82 - it is missing the bottom label
Tanganyika - Scott #30
Russia - Scott #75

Second row from left to right:

Great Britain - revenue
India
India - looks like they are both from India and are revenues
Japan - revenue
China

The next to last is a 2 sen green revenue of the Meiji series issues, of July 28th 1898, gummed and if unwatermarked.
Otherwise a second printing came in 1915 that is watermarked with a zigzag watermark.
The design exists in several colors.

and here all this time I thought it was mucho grassy-ass, a term I use all of the time when in Mexico. No wonder the residents laugh at me. At least they keep on bringing me those wonderful Margaritas while they laugh, so everybody is happy.
