I just opened a package of what I thought were Vario 2S stock sheets ( I normally buy in small quantity from a nationally known and generally well regarded supplier ). I noticed the bottom of the package was closed with tape, which was odd, and then upon opening, the Vario insert was a photocopy, and the stock pages are marked "Vision" and not Vario, and do not seem to be the same quality. Anyone else run into this? I am concerned of this shadiness and that they may be cheap things not archival grade or acid free, etc. I checked the rest of my stock - eveything else seems to be genuine.
The Vision brand is a knock-off of the Vario stock sheets. I've seen them and I don't like them at all (my opinion).
Take a picture and let the dealer know. It probably was not intentional by your seller. Lots of things can happen. Sometimes they purchase bulk wholesale lots, and may not have realized that one of the packets was "repackaged". Sometimes it is a return, and the person returning it pulled the switcheroo. If you are a repeat customer and they are a responsible dealer, they should send you a replacement free of charge (i.e., not make you send back the problem package).
