I am having difficulty ID'ing this stamp. I am pretty sure it is not 26 or 26A as there is an outer frame line at the top. I believe it is Scott #25. Thoughts?

Bobby, I agree your stamp is a 25 because of the outer frame lines. The trick is to figure which of the recuts it is. According to one of my references, "Virtually all the 3-cent stamps of 1851-57 have been recut in some form or another. Some recuts are rarer than others and therefore more valuable."

Just my 2 cents.
