Can anyone provide any information on the adhesive labels on these two postcards? One is a postcard form the Canary Islands, the other from Greece.

Private postage labels that some countries permit businesses, especially those in the tourism business) to create.

Off the top of my head, a couple other countries that permit this are Sweden and the United States. There are others.
