General Philatelic/Identify This? : Need help identifying these Russian stamps.

I could use help identifying these Russian stamps. What's the issue date? Are they regular postage stamps or were they used for something else? What's the CV?

One thing I noticed is that the paper is very thin. The yellow one is especially thin - almost transparent.

These are Russian postage stamps issued in 1921 and 1922. As you observed, they come in different types of paper. The "very thin" paper is known as "pelure" paper. You'll find the stamps listed in Scott from #177 through #210. The stamps are common.
