General Philatelic/Identify This? : Need help identifying these Russian stamps.

adam31415926 16 Apr 2015 12:22:19am	I could use help identifying these Russian stamps. What's the issue date? Are they regular postage stamps or were they used for something else? What's the CV? michael78651 16 Apr 2015 01:04:34am	re: Need help identifying these Russian stamps. These are Russian postage stamps issued in 1921 and 1922. As you observed, they come in different types of paper. The "very thin" paper is known as "pelure" paper. You'll find the stamps listed in Scott from #177 through #210. The stamps are common.
