General Philatelic/Newcomer Cnr : Uploading pictures

Hello: I am new to the board. I am trying to upload a picture of a cover to the forum from my iPhone but am unable to do so. Message says to large etc. How can I load a photo from my phone. Only 1 pic and I cropped it. No luck. Any information appreciated

resize your image to no more than 900 pixels wide by 1200 pixels deep. Lesser is better.

Hi Bullsnbears;

Also if it is .jpg format it is better, and even better still compress it by 10-30%. I use 800 pixels
wide and 20% compression and usually can get to less than 100Kb file size.

My files load fast and if a buyer has only a little time to shop, then images that load fast will
allow the buyer to see more of my auctions, or approvals!

I'm a Bulls & Bears fan too, used to live in Fox Lake, Illinois until 2002, so almost your neighbor
hey. I used to love going to Union Grove ¼ mile drag strip with a guy from work who
raced an El Camino, also went to King Richard's Fair with a couple cuties I met at a singles dance.

Just chillin'....
