Before you go saying a lable is useless open your stamp Catalog (it does not matter what country the catalog was printed in). You will find that most lables you think are not worth anything, are tied to a postage stamp. For the most part it will be in a note under the listed stamp. Sometime you find the a photo of the stamp with lable attached.
If you just find the lable the fun part is to find the stamp the was attached. Make sure if you make your own album pages, to have a space for both the stamp and lable.
When the lable is tied to a cover it mostly a FDC, which are fun to collect. When you find the same postage stamp and lable tied to a cover whis is postly used its vaule goes up. This is mostly true with countries that do CTO.
