I need a reference guide in book form that will identify the postmarks on Queen Victoria Penny Red stamps. I found a couple of good on-line resources, but I need to get a hard copy (it is for a relative's collection, who has no Internet access).
Has anyone used the Gibbons "COLLECT BRITISH POSTMARKS CATALOGUE" and if so, is it comprehensive enough to type cancels typically found on penny reds?

It has everyone of them and then some.Right from the earliest postmarks to the cancellations used on QE II stamps;used in Army camps;Abroad;Railways;Special event Postmarks etc.etc.It must have taken an enormous amount of work.
