Hello,
Got this from local stamp club. I don't collect Canada
I thought there might be some interest here
Oxfam Canada has a volunteer-run stamp sales program to raise money for Oxfam’s international self-help development projects. We receive donations of stamps from many sources. One source is a donation of presentation First Day Covers to then MP Paul Dick, Member of Parliament for Lanark-Renfrew-Carleton from 1972-1993 and a Government Minister.
We heard that you are a collector of Canadian First Day Covers, and so we are sending you our special offers list of these unique covers .

re: Oxfam First Day Covers
Is the "Oxfam Canada Stamp Program" a nonprofit organization? If so, do the proceeds of this sale benefit a charity or organization dedicated to such work? There has been continuing exceptions carved out on this discussion board to the "no advertising" rule for such promotions and I can leave this post in place if you can reply in the affirmative. If you are unable to give me positive assurances to my two inquiries, I shall be forced to remove this post.
Thank you,

I spend a lot of time at the Oxfam tables at The Orapex show in Ottawa...those volunteers are probably the hardest workers at the show. They are good people doing good works !
