I guess this is a good problem to have but I was wondering if there could be a change made to the View Sold Items for sellers. Right now the smallest date range available is in the last 7 days. It would be helpful if there was an option for a smaller date range 1 day or 2 or 3 days for example. I put up a book or two every couple of days and I have some folks who I leave their invoices open for a week or so. It makes it hard to find the newer sold items when you have to bring back 7 days worth of items. I would like to get a shorter timeframe so they are easier to find Thanks, Steve
I asked the same question in August last year. I agree it would be really helpful to Approval sellers like us. But, if Tim didn't change it, that probably indicates there isn't a quick fix or there might be another reason.

Perhaps if you want to print out the list you can easily identify the newer items but if you have let's say 5 customers who bought multiple items from different books on 3 different dates and you are trying to look online - the list can be quite long and the scroll moves quickly and it is hard to keep track of who's items you are on and you can scroll right into the next person's items. In my case the lists are very long and I rather not print the huge list out each time I am trying to fulfill and pull items to complete an order. There is also no way to limit the view to a single person at a time which would also solve the problem. As I said it is probably a good problem to have that you are getting many buys from multiple books and dates from multiple people. Steve
Rather than use the "Sold List", you can go to the "Invoice List" and select the invoice for the buyer that you want to fill to complete an order. You can scroll down the invoice as you pull the stamps from your approval books.
I have been doing that but he only problem with the invoice list is the links to the item #'s (pages) do not work from there like they do from the View Sold Items tab.
