harley14 01 Oct 2014 03:04:18pm	According to Scott Catalogue this stamp is variety A7 & I think is Scott #17. But the book describes it as green and yet mine is clearly blue. Could this change of color be because of age or have i identified it incorrectly. Login to Like this post
