In my 2011 Unitrade, at the beginning of the catalog where it talks about Paper fluorescence types, it lists a table of suggested reference copies that can be used to determine the different paper fluorescence types. I thought that was a good idea and started looking for reference copies. I then noticed that for Scott # 440, it does not list any paper fluorescence varieties so figured I could use that one as a reference copy - if I knew what paper fluorescence type it is.
Since Unitrade doesn't list the fluorescence type, does anyone here know where I can find that info?
re: Scott #440 (edit: not 441) 5c Winston Churchill paper fluorescence type?
Not sure if this will help in your quest. It does not relate directly to the Churchill stamp but gives a chart for Fluorescence on others. https://adminware.ca/esg/esg-glossary-f.htm

Thanks for that tip!
I was aware of the adminware site as far as Machins go, but didn’t realize it had info on so many other areas!
Looks like all the data there is the same as what I have in my Unitrade catalog.
So still looking .....

I've just dug out a couple of old used copies but see no Fluorescence at all. My old Darnell catalogue does not mention anything either.
Reckon our member David Giles, from the stamp dealers, would be best to answer this one.
