I have here a used 50c calla lily looking like it is diseased or something. Would this be something that happened to it in the mail or in soaking, or is it a printing goof of some kind? For comparison I'll also post a mint copy.

Looks like some kind of chemical reaction with the darkest red-colored ink. It seems to align well with that darkest shade. Either that, or perhaps it could have been a contamination at that stage of color printing?
Took a quick look at the 2014 Unitrade. There's no listing of a printing error of that sort, but it certainly looks like something went missing in the printing process. You'd think that there would be more widespread 'blight' if it were a chemical reaction.
I'm thinking it must be something post-printing. i looked in 2017 Unitrade and the adminware site and don't see any reference to color or printing anomalies. Don't know what happened to it but they sure look like some kind of blight has picked on them
