Scott lists the stamps as Kenya #878-886, issued in 2014. A footnote in Scott states that the nine stamps all have three punched holes at the lower left. I would agree with Chimo that the holes are probably a security measure.
OR could they similar to the 1921 - 24 Hungarian stamps that had the 3 holes punched in them to indicate they were for postage, while collector's that wanted them without the holes had to pay a 10% premium. Wow, how come the USPS hasn't tried that one yet?????
